This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
1.In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
2. In case of any refunds approved by Edverce Private Limited, India, it will take 5 days for the refund to be processed to you.
3. We offer a 7 days “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” refund Policy.
4. Within the 7 days of your course purchase, you can ask for the refund anytime.

6. Refunds are not available for iOS app purchases.
7. In case of course bundle, a refund will be initiated for the whole course bundle, and not for individual courses.
8. After the refund is initiated, it takes around 5-7 business days for the amount to be reflected in your bank.
9. Please note that once a refund is processed, no further refunds will be provided for the same purchase/course.
10. Purchases made using the “Gift-a-course” feature are not eligible for a refund.
11. Refunds are only provided if you have access to the course.
12. If your email ID is found to be suspicious or involved in malicious activity, a refund will not be initiated.
